We are an Android OS-based application. You can download the app from the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, you can register within the app to create a Pin'J account.

We work with employers to validate and approve users on our platform. Make sure to input the required referral code upon registration. Without a referral code, we cannot approve your registration.

If your employer has not yet partnered with Pin'J, you will not be able to register or receive in-app credit. You can suggest that your employer contact us to explore partnership opportunities.

For every 5 successful transaction with no late fee the system will increase your limit by Rp.10,000.

User have a grace period of 3 days, if you paid within the grace period you will have your limit back. Once passed the grace period we will re-evaluate your eligibility to the facility. If our team do not manage to collect the transaction, we will make an official report to your employer, and penalty fee may incur if collection come through your employer.

For electricity token, cellular credit and data will be injected directly to your number or account. As for collectible items such as fuel, bike rentals and groceries, please use the unique code or e-voucher provided in-app to redeem and collect your products
